Desired Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:
- Support classroom teachers with daily instruction and activities
- Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students, including those with special needs
- Reinforce lessons, monitor classroom behavior, and guide students in social/academic skills
- Help prepare instructional materials and organize learning spaces
- Supervise students in various settings, such as the classroom, cafeteria, or playground
- Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth classroom operations
