Key Responsibilities:

• Support classroom teachers with daily instruction and activities
• Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students, including those with special needs
• Reinforce lessons, monitor classroom behavior, and guide students in social/academic skills
• Help prepare instructional materials and organize learning spaces
• Supervise students in various settings, such as the classroom, cafeteria, or playground
• Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth classroom operations
