Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group support to students according to their educational plans
• Implement classroom strategies and behavioral interventions under teacher guidance
• Assist students with academic activities, communication, and social skills
• Monitor, document, and communicate student progress and needs clearly
• Encourage independence and positive behavior through consistent reinforcement
• Support classroom routines to ensure a safe, engaging, and productive setting
