Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group support to students according to their educational plans
- Implement classroom strategies and behavioral interventions under teacher guidance

- Monitor, document, and communicate student progress and needs clearly
- Encourage independence and positive behavior through consistent reinforcement
- Support classroom routines to ensure a safe, engaging, and productive setting
