Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar supportive classroom role
• Familiarity with special education or general education environments
• Ability to follow teachers instructions and established classroom routines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Patience, adaptability, and a genuine enthusiasm for working with children
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and a professional demeanor at all times
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with instructional tasks and classroom management
• Support students with academic assignments and encourage engagement
• Provide one-on-one or small group assistance as needed
• Help maintain a positive and organized classroom environment
• Foster inclusion and support for students with diverse needs
• Prepare and organize instructional materials and classroom resources
• Supervise students during activities, transitions, and breaks
