• High school diploma or equivalent (some settings may require additional paraprofessional credentials or relevant courses)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of instructional activities and adaptation of materials to meet unique student needs
• Provide hands-on support to students with academic, behavioral, or social-emotional challenges
• Supervise students in classrooms, hallways, cafeteria, or during school activities as assigned
• Track and monitor student progress, providing feedback to teachers and contributing to team meetings
• Help create a supportive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
• Maintain confidentiality regarding student information and school matters
