What youll bring:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; further coursework in education or related fields is a plus
- Ability to pass background checks per school regulations
Core responsibilities:
- Assist teachers with daily classroom activities, lessons, and student engagement
- Provide individual or small group support to help students meet academic and behavioral goals
- Implement instructional plans under the guidance of certified teachers
- Help create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment for all learners
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to educators on performance and classroom dynamics
- Supervise students during classroom transitions, meals, and outdoor activities
- Support students with special needs, adhering to individualized education plans when applicable
