Key Qualifications:

• Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or childcare settings
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to follow instructions and implement academic or behavioral strategies
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or relevant certification preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers during classroom instruction, small group activities, and individual student support
• Support students with special needs by providing instructional accommodations or personal care as needed
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere where every student feels safe and supported
• Supervise students during transitions, recess, or other non-instructional times
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and other staff on student progress and classroom management
• Help prepare learning materials and maintain a tidy, organized classroom environment
