Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Special Education Paraprofessional for an elementary school position in the St. Paul, MN area. This role will provide classroom and individualized support to students with special education needs.

Position Details:

  • Full-time, school-based position at an elementary school
  • Provide 1:1 and small-group support as needed
  • Assist students with academic, behavioral, and daily classroom needs
  • Support students with personal care needs when required
  • Position may involve toileting, lifting, or feeding when assisting other students
  • Collaborate with teachers and the special education team to support student success

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must have one of the following:
  • ParaPro/Paraeducator Test Certification
  • Proof of 60 semester credits or 90 quarter credits from an accredited college or university
  • Proof of a college degree
  • Candidates must also be comfortable assisting with toileting, lifting, and feeding as needed.
