Key Responsibilities:

• Support classroom activities and instruction, assisting students one-on-one or in small groups
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment by helping manage classroom behavior and reinforcing learning concepts
• Provide support during transitions, at lunch or recess, and during school activities
• Assist teachers in preparing classroom materials and keeping records as required
• Adapt your support strategies to the unique needs of each child, including those with special needs
