Key Qualifications:

  • Provide direct support to classroom teachers by assisting with instruction and classroom management
  • Work one-on-one or in small groups with students, offering academic, behavioral, or social-emotional support as needed
  • Help foster an inclusive, safe, and engaging classroom atmosphere
  • Assist students with assignments, adapting materials and strategies to suit varying needs
  • Monitor and document student progress under the guidance of certified staff
  • Support with classroom organization, preparation of materials, and supervision during transitions and activities
