Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Paraprofessional to support students in a school setting through both individual and small group assistance. In this role, youll help students stay engaged, build essential skills, and navigate their day successfully within a structured classroom environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist students during lessons, activities, and transitions throughout the school day
- Reinforce teacher instruction and provide additional support based on student needs
- Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a consistent routine
- Monitor student progress and report observations to the instructional team
- Work closely with teachers and staff to ensure aligned, consistent support
Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with students or in a school/support setting preferred
- Ability to follow direction and collaborate effectively with a team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to complete district and agency onboarding within one week of joining

Compensation for this position ranges from $13.00 to $55.50. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
