Sunbelt is partnering with a school district in the Rochester, New Hampshire area that is looking to hire a full-time Paraprofessional for the upcoming school year. This is a school-based position supporting elementary students in the classroom with both academic and behavioral needs.

Position Overview:
In this role, you will help students stay on task, follow classroom routines, and access learning in a supportive and structured environment. Youll work closely with teachers and staff to support student success throughout the school day.

Job Details:
Full time position
37.5 hours per week

Elementary school setting
On-site role

Key Responsibilities:
Provide classroom support to elementary students during instruction and activities
Assist with behavior management and positive redirection when needed
Support students in 1:1 and small group settings
Help reinforce teacher-led lessons and classroom expectations

Requirements:
New Hampshire Paraprofessional license required or Bachelors degree required (if no license)
Experience working with children preferred but not required
Ability to support behavioral and academic needs in a school environment
Reliable, patient, and team-oriented approach
