Job Description

Support students learning and development as a Paraprofessional in an elementary school setting located in Ridgecrest, CA. This contract role spans from December 1, 2025, through May 28, 2026, offering the opportunity to work onsite with a 1:1 caseload of students aged 4 to 11. The position requires dedication to fostering a positive learning environment tailored to individual student needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist classroom teachers by providing one-on-one support to elementary students.
  • Implement instructional strategies to support academic and behavioral goals.
  • Monitor and encourage student engagement and participation in classroom activities.
  • Collaborate with educators and staff to adapt materials and lessons for diverse learning needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with the teaching team.
