Desired Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience as a paraprofessional or in a classroom support role preferred

- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to different learning needs
- Commitment to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with educators to support lesson implementation and classroom management
- Offer individual and group assistance to students, helping reinforce educational material
- Assist with daily classroom activities and supervision of students
- Support students with special needs, offering accommodations as directed
- Maintain accurate records and provide feedback to teaching staff as needed
- Help cultivate a positive and respectful classroom culture
