Job Description

Support student learning and development as a paraprofessional in a K-12 school setting. This contract position offers an opportunity to work closely with educators to assist in classroom instruction and provide individualized support to students. The role is based in Pottstown, PA, with responsibilities beginning as soon as possible and continuing through June.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with classroom management and instructional activities
• Support students with diverse learning needs to foster academic and social growth
• Help prepare instructional materials and maintain a positive learning environment
• Monitor and document student progress under teacher supervision
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to ensure student success

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Previous experience working as a paraprofessional or in an educational support role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with students of various ages and abilities
• Reliable, patient, and dedicated to supporting student achievement
• Understanding of K-12 educational environments
