• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Key Responsibilities:

• Support individual or small groups of students with academic tasks
• Assist teachers in classroom management and implementation of lesson plans
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning atmosphere
• Help with daily routines, transitions, and classroom organization
• Supervise students during non-instructional times such as lunch, recess, or field trips
• Document student progress and communicate observations to the teaching team
