Supporting K-12 students in a dynamic educational environment requires dedicated professionals skilled in behavior and instructional support. This opportunity seeks experienced Educational Assistants/Paraprofessionals, ABA Therapists, and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to contribute effectively to student success in a Ranchos De Taos, NM setting during the 2025-2026 school year.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Certification as a Level 3 Educational Assistant or Substitute is mandatory.
- Open to applicants currently pursuing certification.
- Experience or skills as a Paraprofessional, ABA Therapist, or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) are highly valued.
- Ability to manage a range of student behaviors with professionalism and care.
- Comfortable participating in both virtual and in-person interview processes.
Position Details:
- Full-time commitment of 32-37 hours per week.
- Contract-to-hire arrangement for the school year.
- Work setting includes in-person support with potential opportunities for virtual facilitation.
