This contract-to-hire position offers the chance to work as an Educational Assistant/Paraprofessional or ABA Therapist/Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Questa, NM. The role supports diverse student needs, including varying behaviors, through both in-person and virtual environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing educational and behavioral support plans for students
• Work collaboratively with educators and therapists to enhance student progress
• Provide direct student support as a paraprofessional or ABA therapist

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must be certified as a Level 3 Educational Assistant or Substitute; applicants in the process of obtaining this certification are encouraged to apply

• Flexibility to work full-time hours, ranging between 32 to 37 hours per week
