• Assist classroom teachers by supporting instructional activities and providing one-on-one or small group help

• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for all learners
• Monitor student behavior and provide reinforcement in accordance with established guidelines
• Help with classroom organization, preparation of materials, and daily routines
• Support inclusion by assisting students with special education needs
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all district policies and procedures
