Qualifications & Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct assistance to students, both individually and in small groups, to reinforce classroom lessons
• Work closely with teachers to implement instructional activities and accommodate students' learning styles
• Assist in setting up instructional materials and maintaining an organized, welcoming classroom environment
• Support behavior management strategies, ensuring a positive and productive classroom culture
• Monitor student progress and contribute to records and progress reports as needed
