What Youll Do
- Deliver direct ABA services to students throughout the school day
- Follow behavior plans and individualized student goals
- Reinforce positive behaviors and support skill development
- Record accurate data and assist with progress reporting
- Work closely with educational and clinical teams
What Were Looking For
- Current RBT certification required
- Background in education, ABA, or related field preferred
- Ability to manage behaviors in a classroom setting
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
