Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Ed Tech Certification required
- Experience as a paraprofessional, instructional aide, or similar school support role preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work with students across diverse backgrounds and needs
- Adaptability to support classroom routines and individualized plans
Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in daily classroom activities and preparations
- Provide direct support and guidance to students, both in small groups and one-on-one
- Contribute to the creation of a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Help implement lesson accommodations and behavioral strategies as directed
- Monitor student progress and communicate observations to lead teachers
- Promote safe, respectful, and engaging interactions throughout the school day
