Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Paraprofessionals to provide support to elementary school students in a school setting. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with students in grades K5, providing academic, behavioral, and classroom support based on student needs.
Responsibilities:
Provide classroom and student support
Assist students with academic and daily classroom activities
Support behavior management and student routines
Work with different students throughout the school day as needed
Collaborate with teachers and school staff
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
Must hold or be eligible to apply for a Wisconsin DPI Paraprofessional Special Education License
Must have an associate or bachelor's degree, OR 48 college credits, OR successfully pass the WorkKeys assessment in the required areas
Position Details:
Location: Kenosha, WI
Schedule: MondayFriday, full-time (37.5 hours/week)
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: June 3, 2027
Setting: Elementary School (Grades K5)
Openings: 4
Caseload: Students may vary throughout the day; assignment will be within one school
