Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group support to students under teacher supervision
• Assist with implementing lesson plans and classroom activities
• Help manage classroom behavior and foster a positive atmosphere
• Support students with special needs, ensuring their safety and engagement
• Work collaboratively with school staff to reinforce learning and social skills
• Assist during transitions, lunch, and recess to maintain smooth routines
