The ideal candidate will bring:

• Experience as a paraprofessional in a school or educational setting
• Flexibility and willingness to move between classrooms and adapt to varying student needs
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and teachers
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support students with diverse backgrounds and abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional relevant certifications a plus)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to all district policies and procedures
