Key Responsibilities:

• Support classroom teachers by providing one-on-one and small group assistance
• Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) under teacher direction
• Help manage classroom behavior and encourage student engagement
• Foster a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment
• Facilitate communication between students and educators
• Supervise students during non-instructional times, such as lunch and recess
• Collaborate with teachers and staff for continuous student support
• Maintain confidentiality and a professional demeanor at all times
