Key Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers with instructional activities and classroom management
• Support individual students or small groups, reinforcing lessons and adapting materials

• Monitor student progress and behavior, providing feedback to educators and families as needed
• Help implement individualized education programs (IEPs) or behavior management strategies as directed
• Supervise students during transitions, meals, and on school grounds, ensuring safety at all times
