What were looking for:

• Valid and current credential required
• Availability to begin assignments within 23 days notice
• At least two years of recent experience as a Paraprofessional, Behavior Technician (BT), Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), or closely related role within a school setting
• Demonstrated expertise in special education, with direct, in-depth experience over the past two years
• Flexibility to work with any age group or caseload as needed
• Willingness to assist with toileting and diapering, should the assignment require
• Punctuality and commitment to accurate time reporting (mandatory sign-in/sign-out sheets for payment)

Key responsibilities:

• Support students with special needs across a range of ages and abilities
• Collaborate with educators and school staff to implement individualized education plans
• Provide hands-on assistance with daily routines, including hygiene and mobility tasks
• Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
• Maintain consistent, open communication with the school team and agency staff
• Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly
