Step into a vital support role assisting educators and students across K-12 classrooms as a Paraprofessional. With full-time hours, youll collaborate closely with teachers, ensuring every student has the support they need to succeed.
What youll bring:
- Valid Ed Tech Certification required
- Prior experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar support capacity preferred
- Flexibility to work across various grade levels (K-12)
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment
What youll do:
- Provide direct instructional and behavioral support to students under the supervision of classroom teachers
- Assist with classroom management and daily routines
- Adapt to the needs of diverse learners, supporting individual and small group activities
- Help implement individualized educational plans (IEPs)
- Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented approach with other staff and specialists
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and activities
