Location: Oshkosh, WI 54902
Assignment Dates: October 1, 2026 June 3, 2027
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week

Position Overview
Sun Belt Staffing is seeking compassionate and dedicated Special Education Paraprofessionals to support K-12 students during the 2026-2027 school year.
This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students achieve academic, social-emotional, and behavioral success within a supportive school environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide classroom support to students receiving special education services.
- Assist students with academic tasks, behavioral goals, and daily activities.
- Support the implementation of IEP accommodations and modifications.
- Work with students individually and in small groups.
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to promote student success.
- Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children or students preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliable, patient, and passionate about supporting student growth.
