Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar educational setting preferred

• Patience, adaptability, and compassion when working with diverse student populations
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or relevant certifications a plus

Role Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers with instructional activities and classroom management
• Provide individual and small group support to students as directed by educators
• Help implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and support students with special needs
• Supervise students during lunch, recess, and transitions
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and organized learning environment
• Document student progress and communicate observations to the teaching team
