Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar educational setting preferred

- Patience, adaptability, and compassion when working with diverse student populations
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or relevant certifications a plus
Role Responsibilities:
- Assist classroom teachers with instructional activities and classroom management
- Provide individual and small group support to students as directed by educators
- Help implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and support students with special needs
- Supervise students during lunch, recess, and transitions
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and organized learning environment
- Document student progress and communicate observations to the teaching team
