Desired Qualifications:

• Experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar educational support role
• Understanding of classroom management principles
• Friendly, patient, and adaptable demeanor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff
• Reliable, punctual, and organized

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with instructional activities and classroom supervision
• Provide direct support to students individually or in small groups
• Encourage and model positive behaviors and social skills
• Prepare and organize educational materials and resources
• Help implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) when required
• Support students with special needs, ensuring inclusive participation
• Monitor student progress and report observations to teaching staff
• Foster a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment
