• Willingness to collaborate with teachers, specialists, and parents
• Capable of following direction and maintaining confidentiality

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and small group support under teacher guidance
• Help implement lesson plans and classroom activities
• Assist students with assignments and developing positive study habits
• Support inclusivity for students with differing needs and abilities
• Aid with classroom organization, material preparation, and supervision
• Foster a positive, encouraging atmosphere to promote student growth
• Contribute to documentation and reporting as needed
• Participate in faculty meetings and training opportunities
