Key Qualifications:

• At least one year of relevant paraprofessional or classroom experience required
• Ability to support students academic, social, and behavioral needs
• Collaborative approach to working with educators, students, and families

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to individual students and small groups, as directed by classroom teachers
• Assist with instruction, classroom management, and activities tailored to students IEP goals
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning atmosphere
• Support daily routines, transitions, and the behavioral success of students
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff to develop and implement effective strategies for student progress
