Key Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a paraprofessional in school settings is highly preferred
- Familiarity with supporting students with lifeskills needs, autism, behavioral challenges, or high-incidence disabilities
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to fostering positive, inclusive learning experiences
- Adaptability and eagerness to work across a range of grade levels and settings
- Reliable, communicative, and dedicated to supporting teachers and students alike
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist lead teachers in providing instructional and behavioral support adapted to student needs
- Implement individualized education plans and behavior interventions as directed
- Facilitate student participation, engagement, and independence in classroom activities
- Support with daily routines, transitions, and personal care needs as appropriate
- Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment for all students
