This opportunity is for paraprofessionals to support K-12 students in schools within the Kansas City, KS area. Multiple vacancies are available with assignments located throughout the district. Positions are contract-based, starting ASAP through May 21, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers with instructional support and classroom management
• Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students as needed
• Support students with diverse learning needs and help facilitate an inclusive environment
• Monitor student behavior and assist in maintaining a safe and productive classroom setting
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with educators to enhance student learning

Qualifications:

• Experience as a paraprofessional or similar educational support role preferred
• Ability to work with students of varying ages and learning abilities (K-12)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, adaptability, and a commitment to student success

Location:

• Assignments will be in schools located throughout Kansas City, KS; specific locations will be provided after the interview process
