Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Prior experience working with children or in an educational setting preferred
• Understanding of classroom management techniques
• Ability to assist students individually and in small groups with assignments and activities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about supporting student learning
• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications a plus
• Ability to adapt to flexible situations and a collaborative team environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students under the guidance of classroom teachers
• Assist with implementing lesson plans and instructional activities
• Supervise students in the classroom, on field trips, or during school events
• Reinforce learning concepts and instructional objectives
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and positive classroom environment
• Support the educational and social development of students, including those with special needs
• Assist with classroom preparations, technology setup, and material organization
• Participate in training sessions and staff meetings as requested
