Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or similar role
• Comfort working one-on-one with students who require behavioral support
• Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills
• Understanding of behavior intervention strategies is a plus
• Flexibility to work during summer and the upcoming school year

Key Responsibilities:

• Support a single student throughout the school day in both academic and behavioral tasks
• Implement strategies outlined in the students behavior intervention plan under teacher/administrator supervision
• Foster a safe, encouraging, and structured classroom environment
• Provide positive reinforcement and consistent guidance
• Communicate progress and concerns with educators and support staff as needed
