Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist students with classroom participation, assignments, and activities as directed by certified teachers
• Provide personal care support to students as needed
• Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe learning space
• Support the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Foster independence and confidence in students, encouraging social and academic growth
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards at all times
