Qualifications:

• Active paraprofessional status in Virginia
• Previous experience working with K-12 students strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting student achievement
• Capable of adapting to a dynamic classroom environment and following educator guidance
• Reliable, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and supportive setting
