Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Prior experience as a paraprofessional or in a classroom support role preferred

• Ability to follow run established lesson plans and teacher direction
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional educational coursework a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers with instructional activities and classroom management
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, including those with special needs
• Help facilitate daily routines and maintain a positive, structured environment
• Support academic, social, and emotional growth through guided interactions
• Assist with the supervision of students during classroom transitions, breaks, or lunch
• Collaborate actively with staff to promote students success
• Document and communicate student progress and observations to relevant staff
