Key Qualifications:

• Valid Delaware Paraeducator Permit in hand (pending permits are not eligible)
• Previous experience as a paraprofessional in school settings strongly preferred
• Flexible, dependable, and enthusiastic about working in diverse educational environments
• Ability to adapt quickly to different school cultures and grade levels
• Willingness to complete required $85 background check fingerprinting prior to start
• If you are an RBT, independent BCBA supervision is required (client does not provide or honor RBT credentials for this role)

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide floater paraprofessional support across assigned school sites, based on weekly scheduling needs
• Assist teachers and staff with classroom management, instructional support, and student engagement
• Offer individualized or small group support to students, including those with special needs
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment
• Communicate effectively with school teams and adapt to multiple campus assignments
