Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time, school-based position near Brookfield, Connecticut. Caseload: High School Students
Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention plans and support strategies as directed by the educational team
Provide one-on-one behavioral support to students
Collect and document behavioral data accurately
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers
Assist students in achieving academic, behavioral, and social goals
Maintain a safe and positive learning environment
Qualifications:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
Previous experience working with children or adolescents preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively in a school-based setting
Passion for supporting student growth and success
