Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Paraprofessionals to provide classroom and student support in a K-12 educational setting for the 20262027 school year. These positions support students with intensive needs, helping them succeed academically, socially, and behaviorally within the school environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with prior school-based experience who are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of students.

Essential Responsibilities
Provide direct support to students with intensive academic, behavioral, and/or developmental needs
Assist teachers and special education staff with classroom instruction and daily activities
Support student engagement, participation, and learning goals
Implement behavior support strategies and accommodations as directed
Help maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
Assist with transitions, classroom management, and daily student routines
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other educational professionals

Qualifications
Previous school-based paraprofessional, instructional aide, or teacher assistant experience required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience working with students with special needs, behavioral challenges, or intensive support needs preferred
Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with students across K-12 grade levels

Position Details

Full-time schedule: 32.537.5 hours per week

School-year assignment: August 2026 through June 2027
Multiple openings available
Caseloads may include elementary, middle school, or high school students
Focus on supporting students with intensive needs
