Qualifications and Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students individually or in small groups, under the supervision of a licensed teacher
• Assist with instructional activities and classroom routines to promote a positive and productive learning environment
• Support students with their academic, physical, or behavioral needs according to their individual education plan (IEP) if applicable
• Foster an inclusive atmosphere that celebrates student diversity and encourages participation
• Help prepare classroom materials and maintain an organized classroom space
• Supervise students during transitions, breaks, and other non-instructional times to ensure safety
