Step into a dynamic educational setting supporting students' growth as a paraprofessional. The role is contract-based, spanning the 2026-2027 school year with full-time hours. You'll have opportunities to work in elementary, middle, or high school environments, making a meaningful impact on learners at various stages of their academic journey.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar student support capacity preferred
• Familiarity with school settings and classroom dynamics
• Compassionate communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable
• Ability to follow educational plans and collaborate effectively with teaching staff

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in classrooms to facilitate effective instruction and maintain a positive learning environment
• Provide support for individual students and small groups, tailored to diverse learning needs
• Help implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and other accommodations
• Foster student independence, social skills, and positive behavior
• Supervise students during classroom activities, transitions, and, when needed, in common areas
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and participation as directed
• Work collaboratively with educators, therapists, and school personnel for student success
