As a paraprofessional, you'll play a crucial part in assisting teachers and enriching the daily classroom experience. Partner with faculty and staff to help students reach their full potential, whether providing individual attention or supporting small group activities.

Qualifications & Desired Background:

• Experience as a school paraprofessional or similar educational support role
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for nurturing young learners
• Ability to follow instructional plans set by lead teachers and adapt as needed
• Comfortable working in group settings and providing one-on-one assistance
• Dependable and organized, with reliable attendance history
• Background in supporting students with diverse learning needs is a plus

Role Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing lesson plans and managing classroom activities
• Provide instructional support to students under teacher supervision
• Foster an inclusive, welcoming learning environment
• Support students with individual or small group instruction
