Step into a vital facilitator role, supporting elementary students as they receive remote speech and communication services. In this contract position, youll work on-site partnering with professionals delivering virtual instruction, helping children in grades K5 at a single school location. With an immediate start through May 26, 2027, this role allows you to put your paraprofessional skills to work in a hands-on, tech-forward environmentplaying a key part in your students growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support delivery of virtual speech-language services, acting as the hands and feet for the service provider
• Assist approximately 33 students, ranging from kindergarten through fifth grade, during their remote therapy sessions
• Serve as the essential on-site bridge, ensuring clear, timely communication between students and clinicians
• Guide students as they navigate technology throughout virtual sessions, proactively addressing any challenges
• Communicate relevant information promptly and accurately among students, staff, and clinicians in the event of notable situations
• Assist with technology setup and troubleshooting as needed; training will be provided for candidates new to remote facilitation

Qualifications:

• Experience as a paraprofessional, particularly in an educational or special needs classroom setting
• Comfort working with K5 students and a passion for student support
• Strong organizational, communication, and technology skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with remote clinicians and school staff
• Adaptability and resourcefulness in a technology-rich environment

Additional Details:

• 35 hours per week, contract role on-site at a single elementary location
