Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Paraeducator I or Paraeducator II Certification required
• Prior experience with students of varying abilities and needs is preferred
• Familiarity with computer systems and assistive technology
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a positive, solution-focused attitude
• Commitment to effective, collaborative teamwork

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the direct implementation of instructional activities and lesson plans created by certified educators and specialists
• Support the educational and developmental needs of students with a variety of strengths and challenges
