Key Qualifications:
- Active paraeducator, RBT, CNA, or LPN license required
- Experience working with elementary-aged children
- Strong skills in behavior management and implementing behavioral plans
- Ability to build rapport with students, working one-on-one or in small groups
- Collaborative spirit, comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Flexibility and reliability in a school environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the academic, social, and emotional success of assigned students
- Implement and track behavioral plans under the guidance of certified staff
- Assist students with classroom tasks and daily routines
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture
- Participate in ongoing training and district onboarding, including fingerprinting
