Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Paraprofessionals to provide classroom support for students in a school setting. This role involves assisting with both academic and behavioral support, including implementing behavior strategies to help students succeed both academically and socially.
Responsibilities:
Provide student support within the classroom
Assist with classroom activities and instructional support
Implement behavior intervention plans and support autism programs
Support behavior management and daily routines
Collaborate with teachers and school staff
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required
Experience working with children in a school setting preferred
Experience with behavioral support and intervention strategies preferred
CPR & First Aid Certification (can be obtained after offer)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Position Details:
Location: Harrisburg, PA
Schedule: MondayFriday, full-time (35 hours/week)
Start Date: August 31, 2026
End Date: June 10, 2027
Setting: Elementary, Middle, or High School
